JCT Group declares the following policy to prevent any harm caused by groups or individuals (so-called “Anti-Social Forces” or “ASF”) that pursue economic benefits through violence, threats, or fraudulent activities.

• JCT will respond to ASF as an organization and prioritize the safety and security of our staff members dealing with any unreasonable demands from ASF.

• JCT will completely sever all relationships with ASF, including any business dealings, and all employees will act decisively to achieve this goal.

• JCT will never provide any benefits or engage in any illegal transactions with ASF.

• If we receive any unreasonable demands from ASF, we will respond firmly by taking both civil and criminal legal actions.

• To eliminate ASF and prevent any related damages, JCT will cooperate closely with police authorities, legal counsel, and other specialized organizations.
