JCT Group, including JCT Cars., LTD. shall comply with all applicable national and international laws, rules and regulations in connection with contribution to the maintenance of international peace and security, and anti-terrorism including all applicable export controls such as List Controls and Catch-All Controls in the prevention of the development or manufacture of weapons of mass destruction and nuclear weapons.
